How long does shipping take for a new deck?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy on skate hardware?
We accept returns on unused and un-gripped decks within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a board has been assembled, gripped, or skated, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship April Skateboards products worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific country.
What wood is used in April decks?
All our professional decks are constructed from 7-ply North American Maple, ensuring the best pop, durability, and performance for all levels of skating.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.
Do decks come with griptape?
Griptape is not included with our decks unless specified as a bundle. You can browse our selection of griptape in the accessories section to add one to your order.
