At April Skateboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup. If your gear isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure the skateboard decks, hardware, or apparel are in brand-new condition with all original tags and protective shrink-wrap intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items and ship them to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
